Guys, we've got some bad news. Grissom and Armstrong met with us, and they said that they might actually be able to throw a wrench in Xellos's eviction plans--Sky-Byte, the captain of the guard, is a wanted criminal in Junk and attacked DATS when they were investigating the attack on the Foundry.

But they said that we've got a problem in how much attention we're all attracting. They said that the best thing for Caleb and me to do is to sign over the rights to the Dragon and the Inn.

Guys, I should be getting out of the hospital today. But the Doc wants me to stay somewhere calm to recover. I just hope the Temple's wheelchair accessible--it's going to be a while before I'm okay to walk.

But do any of you know where Will is? I've been trying to call her ever since the battle, and I can't get an answer.

Damn. Can't get past Xanatos's security system. If he's affected by this virus, he planned for that too.

Anyway, since I'm not sure how much we can depend on our security team right now, considering I saw Fillmore frozen in the Bullpen and I have no idea about Xanatos, we're going to need a temporary Head of Security. Normally, I'd do it, but I've got to fill in for Caleb now, and Ben's still in recovery and still has to help with the paperwork to boot.

So, any takers? And not Deadpool?

Looks like there's another data freeze. Ash's sister is in the courtyard, frozen over her drawing. We'll have to get her inside. No sign of her partner, so keep an eye out--Lalamon, I think? Dredge the hot springs if you have to.

So this is what it was like for Caleb leading the Rebellion. I think I'm starting to get it now.

First off, I want to thank everyone who helped us out--not just at the Inn, but everywhere in Tetha. I think Ravemon, in his pride and haste to get to his announcement, massively understated just how important it was that we Tamers were fighting that. Just like the riots and just like the other invasions, it was a battle on multiple fronts. We couldn't all band together and make a single defense, but we did a damn good job trying. Yes, there were injuries and kidnappings. Yeah, it's hard deciding what to do from here. But we're alive, and that's against all odds.

As for the people who personally helped us out at the Inn? Thanks to everyone. Especially thanks to Dr. Madaraki and the Doc for taking care of everyone.

And like Clark said, it looks like DATS might be right in saying Ravemon's got a Demon Seal. Between that and the military police, life here is going to be hard. So anyone who wants to leave, we're not going to hold it against you. You have your lives and your families to think of, so you have to do what you think is best for them. We'll try and help you out as much as possible since, like Hay Lin would say, you're still part of our family here. Good luck.

And we've got our own tough situations to deal with right now, what with Nerissa and Mrs. Vandom. Look, I'm not going to pretend to be Caleb, so I can't say what he'd do. But what I'd do? We're going to need a plan. We've got Elyon's stalker to deal with and DATS being given that ultimatum to free Doom. And for whatever reason, Zedd's targeting us, not the Rangers like we'd expect. My instincts are screaming "alliance."

And I'm thinking that's what we're going to need too. Ben mentioned it to Hay Lin during Ravemon's announcement, and I think he's right. But more than just our out-of-city allies, we also need to build up our in-city allies. 'Cause the way things are looking now, I get the feeling we're going to have a Rebellion on our hands.

Also, looking back on the Ravemon thread, Spidey pointed out that the lightposts will probably be under heavier security. If it ends up coming to it, any chance you can get a better way out for us? I can redirect the escape route so that we can get to airships or something, but we're going to need enough or at least some way to send them back that we're not stranding people in Tetha. I'm thinking that part's up to Xanatos.

For years, that song drove me nuts. It was pretty decent on its own, but the whole "war is over if you want it" message came off as too preachy for Christmas. But ever since the past couple of Christmases have been in the middle of wars I've been fighting (Phobos, Nerissa, and now here), I think I can appreciate it better.

Of course, I'm still not all that fond of Yoko Ono.
